Despite the initial promise of appointment flexibility, attempts to schedule appointments for myself and my daughter since October have been unsuccessful. Each attempt has resulted in various excuses for unavailability.
Due to the repeated failure to provide services, and the inability to obtain a refund, I have already reported this matter to Cash App and Instagram. As it has been over 180 days since the deposits were made, I have been unable to initiate a dispute with my bank or Cash App.
I have retained text message records documenting our communication history, which demonstrates repeated attempts to schedule appointments and subsequent cancellations. I have been blocked on Instagram, and it appears that the business has relocated. I am writing this email to document the situation for my own records. I would appreciate any advice or insights on how to proceed.
