Saw items on Instagram and went to the website of the items (www.coolcus.com) and purchased them directly from the website. Provided my credit card and email was received thanking me for my order but no tracking information or anything else was provided. I reached out by email and received a response telling me to open a dispute, which I did. Every time I check the dispute number provided to me it still says processing. It has now been two weeks with nothing from this company - IT IS A SCAM! I've contacted my bank to dispute this transaction to see if I can get my money back. It was in USD.
