I purchased a zip hoodie and shopping bag online. I was sent a tracking number showing shipment was delivered by track718.com. i did not receive the package.

I have sent and received numerous emails and finally agreed to a 90% refund but i have not received the refund as of today. I was told due to force majeure factors the refund failed to arrivve yo my account. I strongly believe this is a scam company.
