Type of a scam Identity Theft

This website used my before and after images. I did not use any of their products. Also, a review was written with the images as though I wrote it but I did not. The images where from using Rodan+Fields skincare products for over a year. Inlimerr is using false advertising of results and false reviews. I also recognized many other before and after images that were used originally on the Rodan + Fields website.

The Onlimerr website states that products are made in the USA with a 100% money back guarantee.

I placed an order for magnetic lashes, and when I received the tracking number, it originated in China. I did receive the package, which had the original shipping label under the one for me, and it was all in Chineese.

I have emailed their customer service, which also originates from China. I am in the process of trying to get a refund for false advertising and low quality if product. They are dragging their feet as I have asked to send back the product in order to get a refund. Now they are asking for videos and photos of the products, shipping label, amongst other things, and have not acknowledged my request for a refund yet.
