Placed an order and it never came. Someone from the company replied to emails and promised to send a replacement shipment but never did. Eventually they completely stopped replying and I was out the money.

I purchased an item from the website and paid by credit card via shop pay. Received order confirmation via email. Never received shipping confirmation so I reached out by the 4th day. They emailed me back stating they were in the process of transitioning to a larger warehouse and would process my order shortly. I then received an email with a tracking number immediately, however the tracking number did not move. Ever. The item never shipped. I contacted them and the same person said they would follow up and get back to me. He never did. I reached out again and he assured me if it still hasn’t shipped, he would send out a replacement. Two weeks later, I still had not heard back and I followed up again with no response.
