We were approached about selling our time share in Mexico. No up front money was asked for initially but as we started to negotiate, we were told there was some problem with CRA and gov't of Mexico and in order to move forward funds would be required. At this point , I said "forget it" so they came back with a better offer wherein we would get this $5000 back at the when we received our payment for the time share. That was when the pressure started and I dug in my heels.
