I bought an ebike on the shop app from this place called ohlastore. The shop app provided tracking information with my package coming from somewhere in China. I noticed it got stalled so I contacted them via email and no answer. A week goes by and I'm emailing them with no response to questions about my package. I contacted the shop app and they informed me they don't have any responsibility and I'd have to contact the store. Finally I check the tracking and it's been delivered to an address in another country, so it never even made it to the United States. I have no way of contacting them and can't get my money back. If you see anything advertised by ohlastore.com don't trust it. I don't even trust the shop app anymore.
