Seller used Bait-and-Switch tactics to advertise a realistic, interactive bunny toy. What they sent was a dollar store mechanical toy. When I contacted them asking them to return the item, they said the return shipping cost too much and would give me $5 off.

This is fraud. They misrepresent the item knowing that the cost to return is more than the item is worth.
