Tried buying riding lawn mower. The so called seller said she was out of town and eBay motor was handling the transaction for her. I had to pay by eBay cards 7 at $200.00 each. Transaction was done on Friday 4/10/1926. They said that I would hear from them in 24hrs or Saturday night 4/11/1926. I realized I had been scammed. Called eBay, explained what happened, they froze the cards but it was too late.

I was buying for my daughter's birthday Sunday 4/12/1926, so in rushing to get right away, being a scam never entered my mind.

I used Visa Card to pay for the gift cards stolen. I'm 71 years old living on social security. I should have known better.
