I bought swimsuits from a Facebook ad under the store name “Burcago” I received 3 out of the 5 items and sent to go back to website to return the crappy swimsuits that look nothing like the picture I ordered. Apparently Burcago no longer exists and I looked at my paypal account and it says 0ASNOVA as the name of company who took $160 out of my account. Currently trying to get resolution with pay pal. Buyer beware don’t buy anything from a Facebook ad.

Same thing here! except I haven't received anything from Burcago swim suit I bought on May 1st, tried reaching out but now the website is unavailable, and NO TRACKING information on my order!

I too ordered facemasks from this company and received nothing. You would think that with this many compalints, that Pay Pal would flag them, unless they are getting a kickback.

I purchased two bandana/scarfs from one of their many fake websites under a name I cannot find anymore using PayPal. I immediately received my PayPal receipt but after 24 hrs still nothing from "OASNOVA" as they are identified through PayPal. I sent an email to the provided email "[email protected]" and got a postmaster "cannot deliver" message of which is almost entirely in Mandarin. This is the third set of items I ordered from ads I saw on facebook or another site only to discover they are all Chinese. These thieves need to be banned from advertising in any form in the US. It is time to require ALL advertisers selling a product to inform the buyer of "where" the product is made and from "where" it ships BEFORE a purchase is made.

I purchased 2 face mask/scarves through Osanova using paypal MasterCard on April 18 2020 and paid $44.97 total (including shipping) two masks each being 17.99 each. I have tried contacting seller at tcreate007.163.com and have received notices that the email i sent is undeliverable. After some online research i learned that this email is a chinese scam email. I have filed a complaint with paypal.
