I ordered a couple swimsuits through this site and it ended up being a total scam I still have not heard from this company no one will respond to my emails and there is no phone number to contact an actual person. PAYPAL should be ashamed of working with these [censored]
I tried to call PayPal and no answer I don’t know how to make a dispute if PayPal won’t answer the phone. Never buy anything online EVER

I ordered 5 items for a wedding trip, no shipment info, no communication, even after 5 attempts to ask for info. This place is a SCAM. Paypal should be ashamed for allowing this, especially with all the other complaints on here, along with mine.

Order two items from them totaling $68 and some change in April 1st of 2020 have not received my order or a refund.have sent email two or three times still not have received any response or call or email anything from them it's just ridiculous I'm on a monthly check and $68 does not come easily to me so I am expecting something back from them I would love to have my order if not I would expect a refund from The logical perspective.

I ordered a swimsuit May 24, 2020. Received order and payment confirmation. A month later and i have not received the swimsuit and then the company is not responding to any of my emails. Luckily i paid through PayPal and they are filing a dispute and I will receive a refund.

I ordered two pairs of summer trousers which were illustrated online as summer material and stylish. The grey was two tone with dark split ankle design and the khaki was thinner material. The grey is thick and feels like a kind of velveteen and one colour and a kind of jogging pant material. The khaki is a cream. Both are badly made with cotton threads everywhere. They are cheap and I am sure this feels like a scam.

I ordered 2 face masks on 4/23, they finally arrived June 2, even though I was promised 8 days shipping. The products are horrible of poor quality and the fabric isn't even sewed on the edges with salvage edges. I've been trying for 5 weeks to get a refund from PayPal. The company has advised me that returns need tbe shipped at my own expense and must be in original packaging with all information still attached. Basically they are blackmailing you to keep their inferior stuff.

After reading these complaints I know Im screwed! I ordered 4 tops back on April 9th.
Today I received three of them, June 3rd. No invoice, nothing! Of course they don't fit and are made of awful fabric. I just sent an email but that's no doubt worthless. Paid through paypal. Oh! You can guess where these were made! CHINA! They are out to get us one way or another.

On April 3rd, 2020 we ordered 4 items from OASNOVA (aka overstorage), thru Paypal. The 4 items were; 1) 10 pack of "CHARMIN" (falsely advertised) Toilet Paper, 2) 6 pack of Alcohol Wipes, 3) 2 bottle order of Hand Sanitizer and 4) 2 bottles of Disinfectant Wipes. As of Today we have received the 6 pack of Wipes (as advertised) and the (Charmin falsely advertised) Barbie Doll size Toilet Paper. The other 2 items have not arrived here at our address. We have done a Claim with Paypal and we received an email that states that OASNOVA told Paypal that everything had been delivered. We have not received the last 2 items and are trying to get Paypal to send us info on delivery. We have been with Paypal for many years, however, that relationship ENDS today!
