Ordered online from Nyleva.com. Says it took 33 days to reach me and never was delivered to my address and emailed them and offer me 20% then 40% and now 60%. Will not refund all my money of $44.20. Will attach screenshot they use track718

I saw an ad on TikTok and found the company’s website, Nyleva.com, because I do not like purchasing directly through TikTok. I ordered some hoodies for $25, and the website claimed they were shipped from the USA and would arrive within three to four days. That was almost two months ago.

After communicating with the company, they said they would resend the order, but the same thing happened. It showed as delivered on a sketchy tracking website. Fortunately, I disputed the charge on my card and received a refund.
