I purchased an external hard drive for my laptop computer from Best Buy. I received it in the mail about 10 to 14 days after I ordered it. I attempted to use it to download photographs from my cell phone to my computer to the external hard drive. It did not work. I tried to troubleshoot online with it and nothing that I did worked. I tried to contact the company for support and either helping me over the phone to fix the problem or to replace it with a new one. I have emailed the company twice. I have tried to call and there is a message that says that number does not exist. All I want now is my money back and I want this company to be shut down. I am unable to give a phone number for the company because it is a fake phone number and the number that they have on their website is 800-123-4567.
