I was sent an email with an attachment of a bill for Norton Life Lock. It looks exactly like a bill and it states that I owe $399.98 for services that include 360 Security (10 GB), Complete Network Security (Android, Mac, OS, Windows, Apple OS) [Digital]. It also states that if I have an issue with this report that I have 12 hours to report it and to call (888) 451-3292 in order to do so. This number is supposedly their customer resolution number but when I called it on two separate occasions the same woman answered. The first time she claimed to be a business that she said so fast I couldn't understand so I only asked if this was the customer resolution center for Norton Life Lock and she said "no" and hung up. The second time I called she answered the phone by saying "hello" so I asked again if this was the Norton Life Lock resolution center and again she said "no" and hung up.
