I applied for a loan with North Bridge Financial Group. I was charged for a collateral loan. I paid the stated collateral and was told more was needed. I told them just to refund my money. The agent stated they would add the additional money on the back of the loan. I agreed, but found later it couldn’t be done and the money i paid would be refunded. I have been given three dates of deposit into my account which have passed. I have received nothing yet. I called the Ria money transfer company that processed the money ( I was told didn’t go through) and they want to know why I want to talk to someone. I stated I didn’t get my loan or refund. North Bridge Financial Group refuses to answer, return, or respond to calls or my emails.
