I ordered clothing items from what was advertised as Nordstrom Rack in January 2026. The company called Norilune is what appeared on the sales receipt. I have been told via email from this company, Norilune, that the items i purchased were shipped and delivered to my address twice, yet i recieved no package. I lost $50. The company appears to be a scam.

After being on Facebook I received an email from Nordstrom rack that they were having a clearance sale. So I followed the link and I shop ordered about eight items from Norilune, paid for them and two months later I've yet to receive anything. I can't get on the website it won't direct me there I cannot find a phone number or email for them and it shows we did send me a tracking number but the tracking number is invalid.

It ended up not being Nordstrom's rack. It is norilune which is a fake website
