This company, Norevani (norevani.com), advertised socks on TikTok. The order was placed through their website. Once I placed the order, I immediately asked for it to be canceled as I read this was a fraudulent company and several people had left comments they never received their order. The merchant refused to cancel my order and promised it would be received. They provided a tracking number***************. Eventually the tracking number says my package was delivered, however no evidence of delivery was provided. They refused to provide who the carrier was. They agreed to send out another package. The tracking number, **************, which again says was eventually delivered, but never received. The merchant refuses to provide the carrier company and refuses a 100% refund. I have attached the final email they send acknowledging I did not recieve my package and offering a 70% refund.

Never received my order from Norevani.com. Took threatening legal action to get them to respond to me. Send they’d reship. Still didn’t receive. They might approve a 60% refund, but haven’t seen that either. The tracking information they provided shows delivery to the US, but not my address.
