This person is getting real homes up for rent and taking the pics and uploading them on the different rental sites dropping the prices reasonably low and using your basic info he/she sends and then uses your phone number as points of contact. I have a text message trail in my phone as well as an email and phone contact.

Caller asked if I were me and before thinking, I said Yes. After that nothing. I called the number back (which I shouldn't do I'm thinking, and recording said if I wanted my number taken off call list press 2, which I did. Worried now because of this Yes scam going around.

I received a call and the lady introduced herself as Jessica and she said is can you hear me ok. I noticed a pause and know my answer was recorded. The phone then hang-up. I tried to call back and got a messaged which just repeated no matter what option you chose. I know there is a scam where people are recording your answers then using it to order products you never said was ok to order.

"Can you hear me ok"

- Ooltewah, TN, USA

It's a little different but the caller told me he was calling because I had won a vacation. In the process asking if I could hear him OK and I answered yes without thinking because the only scam I had hear about the caller responds differently. It just happened then I googled to see if I made a mistake saying yes there is a vacation scan in Wisconsin similar so it appears it could be another scam. It was a local number so that threw me off the ones I heard about were out of town numbers . I hung up on the caller without answering any questions & tried to call back the number and got a recording saying the survey I was called about has ended the number was 423/661-7404. I just wanted to go ahead and report because it sounds like the scam in Wisconsin.
