Automated message says I am eligible for free medical braces and to press one for information. I cut the call right away but they leave voicemail.Continuous calls with no name from various numbers. Each time I block, they call using a different phone number. Very frustrating. I am healthy, and never been in need of braces in my life so far and have been registered in the do not call registry for years.

There's an ad on Craigslist I believe it's in jobs and under the title general labor it's about employment in North Carolina for the hurricane and Disaster Cleanup I had seen the ad last week sent 3 emails within 3 days hoping to hear back from these people and nothing so I went ahead and flag the ad well it is now Sunday and I saw it again yesterday which was Saturday September 29th I went ahead and reply to their email and immediately received a message back from a Craigslist auto email responder saying if I was interested to click the link below and I will be directed to their website to fill out the application but once I did that I went to the application process on the website I scrolled all the way to the bottom just to review it before I put any information in and they are asking for you to give them $40 via PayPal for a background check they have no contact information no valid address email address nothing of that nature through the link on the website that says contact us when you click the link you are redirected to a Yahoo browser they have no contact information whatsoever and they also State on their application that they accept felonies non-felony contractors and subcontractors giving these people such as the people that have been convicted of felonies and crimes a false hope thinking that they're going to get a good job if they pay that $40 like I said once again they have no contact information once you send them the $40 that's it they got you their ad on Craigslist has no phone number no company name no Company address no contact information whatsoever this is a scam 100% Here is the Craigslist LINK https://houston.craigslist.org/lab/6710159631.html and the Website is hurricaneworkers2018.com

I did the research before I got any further once they asked for money via the website, so I have no idea how much they wanted. The link on the website had all kinds of convincing testimonials, twitter & FaceBook postings. BEWARE!

They called my home several times requesting my husband on "personal matter". They also called on his cell phone. He finally answered. They said someone was filing a legal action against him, gave him a claim number and another phone number to call. When he called the next number and asked who they were, they were very vague. They said that for him to get more info, they needed to confirm his personal information including his birth date, etc. When my husband refused they threatened that he would be served with legal documents. After arguing with them, my husband finally said, "serve me!".

That was not the end. They called again on the home phone. I answered and told them that they already had this conversation with my husband. Did not matter. They call repeatedly still using different people. I will block the number.

The person called my personal cell phone and did not let me know what company they were calling for. I called the number back because they said they were trying to get a hold of me. They then proceeded to ask me if I ever lived in marine city, ss#, dob, lkas, and place of work. I was shocked they were giving all of this person apparently with the same as me information but I let them know it was not me. They asked me to verify by giving my info. I told them I never give info over phone and hung up. I then went to my place of employment at night to find out that this company called my place of employment 9x in 3 days to see if I work there. That is harassment and stalking. I do not need to give any of my information to anyone especially over the phone. Let alone it’s the wrong person. I’m absolutely mortified that they called my place of employment that often as if I’m in collections. I talked to the supervisor but as I said before every time I have called or googled the phone number nothing came up. Also, when I called the number back it did not say who the business was and it went right to a person that asked is this Jillian which freaked me out. This is not how to run a business nor am I sure if this is a business.

I do not return calls but assume this is a phishing scam.

Possible Scammer called twice so far on my cell phone . NO NAME COMPANY'S NUMBER IS 1-844-275-7044 .

I do not not how they got my phone number . Scammer stated they are with Norton Anti-virus - Microsoft . Person stated virus program is going out of business and that I am entitled to a 299.00 refund .

In order to receive refund , I must give them control of my Computer , of which I did NOT . I requested Company to mail me a check . They stated Company cannot do that at this time , But I can receive refund immediately if they can get control of my Computer .

Sounded suspicious and too good to be true . So That did not happen , but I wanted to report calls I received so someone else doesn't fall prey to their scam . PLEASE ADVISE .
