Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
The label was a completely different Chinese brand (“DAIYUANLI”), not Nina New York.
The fabric was cheap polyester, not satin.
The sizing did not correspond to U.S. standards.
Despite repeated emails requesting a full refund, the company refused, citing a “no returns on sale items” policy. They only offered an exchange for another product or size, requiring me to pay $25 shipping.
I believe this constitutes false advertising and misrepresentation, and I am reporting this for deceptive business practices.
