Purchased their product from NerveFreedom.com that was advertised to combat the pain of neuropathy with a 60 day money back guarantee. Tried the product for over 35 days without absolutely no relief. Emailed [email protected] to advise I was not satisfied with the productand was given RFC instructions. I immediately packed it up and returned the product via USPS, return receipt. They received it 4 days later. This all transpired in November 2025. I have been calling their phone number (507) 445-8283 since late November and either going to voice mail or told the credit would be processed within a week. To the date of this complaint, 3/9/2026 I have not recceived a credit nor a determination as to why thet won't honor their guarantee. This is the reason I am posting this complaint.
