Received a misleading letter and argued with a representative
When I called the number (888) 678-5131 the person who said his name was Scott Taylor from National Home Service said he was calling to verify my house. I do not own a house, never have owned a house, but yet my name is on the house. He said well you must rent the house. I said no I do not rent the house. He said well that letter is for the homeowner. I said well then why doesnt it have the homeowners name on the letter. He started to argue with me and I just hung up. I nor have any received any letter in this house from anyone from National Home Service.
