Ad was on Newsbreak, reviews were good. I ordered heated insoles for my husband the day after Christmas. I made payments thru Shoppay. I could track the order but it was never delivered. I reached out over 5 times via email - at first they responded. Then it got less & less. I demanded a refund and next thing I know the email address I was communicating with them was no longer viable. So they kept my $60 bucks & I have no product!
