We initiated an order for materials with the business (B1) via their website. The business (B1) confirmed delivery of the materials via email. We were contacted by a legitimate local 3rd party supplier (B2) that received an order from B1. Due to concerns of scam/fraud, B2 would not fill the order for B1 and contacted us directly to share this concern. B1 was charging us 4x the value of the materials from B2. B1 had no existing business relationship with B2 or any guarantee that they could supply the materials. B1 lied via email indicating that they could not cancel the order since they already purchased the materials from B2. The phone number for B1 does not have a voicemail system, and often will not answer the line. The headquarters address on the website has frequently changed; one was located to a PO box, another was entirely invalidated as a legitimate address.
