I ordered a knitting kit from their website after seeing it being advertised on my Google News feed. The product was very poor quality and not what was advertised especially for $39.99. I have attempted to return it by emailing their customer service. Initially they were responsive, but it has been 15 days now and they still have not "approved" my return. Their return policy is very strange and I would like my money back.
