This company Blaqcard.com existed years ago but does not exist anymore, they use the invoicing company Stripe to complete their fraud. They charged my brand new debit card with a new expiration date and it went through which makes me wonder about my bank and if my fraud case does not go through, I will transfer my money to another bank because this is plain fraud. I try to call the company, the number does not work, I try to email the company, its a fake email and the Stripe billing service, I will also file a fraud alert with them. Who is stripe?
