Purchased an item online. Never recieved a confirmation number or order number and there have been no shipping or order updates in over a month. Several other people have had this problem. When i contacted for any updates, i was told to essentially wait with no real answer.

I ordered last fall was guaranteed for Christmas. Never received. When I complained, first line in email was we are not a scamming company. Huge red flag to start an email stating that one. I was not being aggressive or upset. I was asking about delivery. I was given a fake tracking number that could not be tracked. I never received the product. I was ghosted when I asked for a refund.

Cards Against Harry Potter contains adult sexual content, yet the listing makes no mention of that, and actually claims it’s a great “family” game.

After being lied to by the company, My Hero Cards, several times that my gift was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, and arrived three weeks later, to find out by my grandchild that it contained an abundance of adult sexual content made me furious!

I will never forget this company, and I will never purchase another thing from them, ever. They’re liars and thieves!

Scam. They take your money, don’t send tracking/never send the prosecutor, won’t refund your money. They send silly emails, making fake claims. Do not order these cards.

Claim local delivery but comes from China. Dollar store crap. No proper refund program. No proper customer service. Scam reports all around. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!

$55 loss! No communication with seller, new refund, no product. Waste of time and money. As neat as the product seemed, the company is a fraud.

This company is selling unlicensed card games, the one I purchased was Harry Potter, and they never send the product. I’m out $62.65 and they’ve stopped replying to me and refusing to cancel the order and refund my money.
