I ordered a pair of battery powered heated socks with charging cable and batteries. MGT attempted to charge me for the socks (fair price), shipping (fair price) and a rewards membership which I had declined. Two of my credit card companies declined and notified me immediately. Charges were declined, and I notified seller of cancellation immediately, but socks has already been sent within a couple hours. Decided to accept socks and if satisfactory, pay the original agreed at that time. Received socks today, no heating, no batteries, no charging cord. just a pair of cheap cotton socks that look like the ones the hospital gives you and throws away each day. Value: likely 25 cents

After receiving the product and attempting to pair them I reached out to the company for a replacement or refund as it did not pair properly. The "Support Team" responded by asking for a short video. Still refusing to provide a number to contact a live person. However I have had multiple attempts at the company attempting to charge my card for amounts of $39.99, $9.95 using the names kelvo, reyloonlin, and lulion.
