Richard *** contracted with me to sell my timeshare for an advertising fee of 895.00. After one year if the timeshare did not sell or I chose to go with someone else my money would be refunded. I contacted My Best Timeshare which has been bought by *** ***. They have my contract/ file with all my information, but will not honor the refund unless I have them sell my timeshare. They state it was Richard *** that scammed some 500 contracts. And he is no where to be found. BEWARE
