Received letter in mail from MVBA, PC. Notice of Intent to file Tax foreclosure lawsuit. Says Delinquent on property taxes. Pay $6402.07 by 9/26 (30 days) or amount due will increase each month. Otherwise, will file lawsuit. I have no property in TX; never did. Assessed name is my last name but no one related to me. It would seem this is an attempt to scam someone less skeptical, unfortunately.

After reading online reviews including other ScamPulse.com reviews it appears this is a common scam attempt.
