Type of a scam Phishing

A man called my daughter stating he was a lawyer and was from Havenhurst pinville, Illinois and stated had a case number relating to her mom which is me. I then got a call from a man identifying himself as Sully from Civil Service dispatch and stated I was going to be served with papers within the hour. When asked him for what stated he did not know but could put me through to the lawyer. The lawyer stated he was from Murdock law office and that Conseco bank was taking me to court for 2,838.07 from 2011 but was going to seek 6458.36 in court. Stated they might settle out of court and I could use a credit card. Put me on hold he said to check with them to see if the would settle. I hung up. He knew my address, as number, name. I did research and found no lawyers by either name. He sent me email after I hung up with number of 323 238 4825 which I checked and was California. The 888 3i4 3064 was a Texas number.
