we attempted to rent a property from company mainstreet renewal. we did application process we’re supposedly approved and we went ahead and had to secure the home by providing a security deposit we went ahead and proceeded and we asked in advance if we decide we didn’t like the home once it was ready and tourable then are security desposit would be refunded to us and this was written in an email i have all emails between this company well it has been more than a month and we have not received our security deposit back. in that process thinking this was a legit company we went ahead and tried to go with a different rental property of there’s and same issue now this time we were hoping to be moved in by now but they kept giving us the run around and i would not get email responses no phone call return and again we lost the security deposit for this home. so we have been trying to get in contact with them for our refund and they won’t respond

I applied for a rental property for this agency and they stated I needed to pay application fees and pay to self view properties. After I paid I receive information requesting my personal information for my application. I’ve called every day for the past 2 months to see if I was approved for the property. The customer service agents stated that a leasing agent will be in touch with me everytime that I called. Which never happened. I’ve contacted them numerous of times and the only email I received from someone stating my application is set to expire and I will need to pay another application fee after me trying to contact an agent for a whole month.
