I hired Rio Moving for my move on 7/19 and the movers never showed up. They pushed the time back every hour until they initially cancelled. I asked for a refund and they provided me a “receipt” but I never received the money back. They collected a $35 deposit and $500 hold on my card. They said they released the hold and it would be back in my account within 15 minutes, which it was not. It’s been 2 days now and the money is not back in my account.
