Report

Items were stolen from my boxes and repacked and re-taped.
Charged more based one needing more cubic feet after the picked up the boxes. Stored my items for close to 30 days . I never got any phone call about when to expect delivery I called until finally I was told that I would have my boxes in 7 days.
A horrible experience and I have moved several times in my life and I have never experience such unprofessional behavior.
The fact that there are so many complaints, this company should not be allowed to operate.
