I placed an order for a sweat shirt, received a confirmation and told order will take 3-5 work days and I will get tracking info. After 3 1/2 weeks I inquired about status. I was told my order was shipped to the carrier and I will have tracking number in 2-4 days. On May 21 I was told they contacted carrier and was told to wait. They told me that if they don’t have info on May 22, they will reproduce and ship via ***** carrier. On June 6 I told them if I can’t receive by June 11 to credit my account. June 29 requested credit to my account. June 30, they said they will send tracking info. I received no tracking info. July 8 I advised I have not received item. July 11, they advised carrier lost my item. July 22 I requested a credit. August 10 advised them that they have no intention of fulfilling my order and requested credit again. No response from them.
