Received a letter in the mail with the header MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICES offering an extension for extended car warranty. In bold text it directs to take immediate action and call their number 1-800-971-0460. They listed a date a week from receiving this mail was the deadline. They indicate their policies (and this offer) are through AP USA FL license #595253. The repair facilities servicing through all certified ASE Facilities.

Other information on the paper possibly used to convince the reader of it's legitimacy was my full name and address as well as the same named tier of my actual car warranty coverage.
