They said I overpaid random transactions off my visa account to Netflix, Apple pay and other normal bills over the last 36 months and that i need to verify my visa account info to have over 3k refunded back to my account.

The phishing email claims that there were 36 payments identified as having been overpayments, they even go so far as to list off charges that seem similar to transactions but I know for a fact they are not transactions I would make. They are attempting to get you to contact them to give personal information or bank information so that they can access financials.
