My residence is pd in full for 5 yrs. Mailing came to my address with the the name Wakjira Berkessa Tucho who i never heard of. They are offering mortgage protection life insurance. This is the 2nd mailing with this name and my address. Phone# is automated and asking the personal questions.

I received a letter in the mail from this company stating that I am entitled to participate in the low cost mortgage protection life insurance program. It says that they are not affiliated with my lender and solicitation not authorized by and loan information not provided by your lender (in small writing). The scammer sent a postage paid envelope and they included my husbands name in the addresses to borrow (my name & my husband's name). My husband was not included in the loan so he was not a borrower. We did do vested interest at the Title and Escrow Company. Still he is not listed on title or loan as borrower. I don't know how they got this information, but it was directly after I purchased my home. I am receiving numerous scam mail about protection plans for the deed and any kind of thing going wrong with my new home purchase with coverage plans included. Multiple scam companies sending mail to physical address and some with a final notice that comes every few days. :/
