Ordered a fountain pen on August 4, 2026. Got 3 different emails stating delivery would be delayed due to various reasons. Emailed seller that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund on my payment. Seller stated "Unfortunately, due to a payment system error, we haven’t been able to process your refund directly from our end. To help us complete the refund smoothly, could you please open a dispute case for this order through your payment provider. Once it’s opened, we’ll immediately accept and issue the full refund." I contacted PayPal to file a complaint. I can no longer find the website on the internet and my emails to them are not being answered.
