I ordered 4 sets of lights from Montivate, as they advertised lights that you could connect multiple strains together. When I received the lights, they could not be connected together and do me no good, so I reached out to the company and they offered a $6 refund, then $20, then $30. Then once I got PayPal involved, Banbain offered a $25 refund and then finally a full refund but I would have to pay to return them to China. I've argued that this is false advertisement and that Montivate/Banbain should have to pay for the return shipping but PayPal says their protection does not cover return shipping and therefore I would need to pay $50 to ship these lights back to China.
