Ordered two purses, $214 dollars charged to my card on July 16th.
It is now August 20th, and all I get is a robo generated email, and a phone message that you can’t leave a message on.
If I don’t hear from a real person by tomorrow, I’m filling a complaint with the BBB, and anyone else that I can.

I'm trying to find your information so I can resolve your issue. I can't find your order based on this information. Do you have an order number? Did you order under a different name? I only see one order in that date range of July 16, for a Becky S. Please let me know here or via email (yes we are behind, but catching up), and I will make sure your issue is resolved. I ordered a leather bag on 7/14 and have yet to have any response from Montana Hudson. I tried every route, email, message, and phone but only received an automated reply to all. I just want someone to let me know if I am EVER going to receive this bag or should I file a complaint with my credit card. Customer service is everything in a business venture. This company is definitely lacking in customer service. No more excuses. You continue to advertise deals and steals. Maybe stop until you fulfill your current orders.

I found your order information, Order MH11578. I apologize for the delays in getting your bag to you. We have been behind, trying to catch up due to limited staffing due to the pandemic. According to your tracking with DHL (1799337595), your item is expected to arrive before the end of the month. You are absolutely correct about customer service and we will endeavor to improve for our valued customers.

I ordered a bag for my wife. Montana Hudson had no problem taking my money but they do have a problem because I haven't received it yet. You can't trust a company that doesn't even allow you to talk to a real person on the phone. I promise Montana Hudson I will let everybody know on social media you cannot trust them after placing an order. I have email them 3 times and still no response to let me know when my wife's bag is being shipped out. My advice to all future customers is spend your hard earned money someplace else.

I apologize for not solving your issue. Due to Covid, it has been difficult to keep staff up and trained. I can't find an order based on your name here. Do you have an order number beginning with MH? Or the name under which the order was placed? We successfully deliver 1000's of bags per month and want to make sure we didn't let yours go unresolved. You WILL get your bag. You WILL be satisfied with it. We WILL replace it at not charge if there is anything wrong with it.

I just got a shipping notification that my bag that I bought on 08/04 is being shipment from India Now where does it say that the bags are made from India.

Ordered a bag on 5/25, they took my $150 but have yet to get my bag. It’s disappeared off of the face of the earth. No one can find it and no one will refund my money! SCAM ARTISTS! They will not let you talk to a real person. They promise a refund and a replacement item after 2 months but it never happened. They SUCK [censored]!

Did you perhaps order under a different name? I want to resolve your issue, but can't find your order. Can you provide an order number beginning with MH? Our policy is to refund or replace.

I placed two orders with Montana Hudson. I am still waiting to receive the first order but my second order has arrived. However, instead of receiving a leather overnight bag, I received a cheap, crappy, plastic imitation from China. NOT HAPPY

I see only one order from you? MH9332 delivered in August. Is this the bag that you are inquiring about? It was for the leather tote and not an overnight bag? Perhaps the other order is from another company?

We are experiencing delays due to short staffing and glitches in tracking with DHL. Please let us know about a plastic bag that you received from China. We can assure you that this did not come from us. We only sell leather bags and would look forward to resolving your issue.

I ordered a bag from Montana Hudson on May 15 2020. I May 18 I received a shipping status stating my bag was en route from Malaysia. The shipping status has not been updated since. Repeated attempts to get status, or any information for that matter from Montana Hudson have failed. It is August 16th 2020 as of this writing and still no bag. Latest communication from Montana Hudson just refers me to their FAQs page which is useless. Bottom line, they took my money and didn't deliver. I got ripped off. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and my state's Attorney Generals Office.

After looking up your order to see what I could do to solve your issue, I can't find your order. Did you order under a different name? I can assure you that our bags do not originate in Malaysia. We are very transparent that our bags are produced by skilled artisans in India as stated in our About us page on our site. Please send us an email so we can get to the bottom of your issue. We are catching up on our backlog of emails and should be able to take care of you there.

I ordered a bag July 14th and it is now August 15th. I have yet to hear about the status of my 140.00 order. Trying to figure out how to cancel my order and get my money back.

Hi Beth, I am so sorry for the delay. We are unable to refund while an item is in transit. Our short staffing as well as problems with our carrier have resulted in delays beyond what we expect. You can still return your item for refund once it arrives. According to tracking, your item is expected to deliver on august 27. Any questions please let us know. We are doing our best to catch up on emails.

We tried that. That option is not available from them. If they respond at all, it will be a generic email at best, or a referral to their FAQs page.

I ordered a leather bag from this company and never received the product. When you call the business you get an automated reply and cannot even leave a message, and if you attempt to email them you get automated replies there as well.

We apologize for delayed responses. We are short staffed due to Covid depletion of our employees. All customers with issues are eventually satisfied, but unfortunately rarely remove their complaint. We are working to catch up and provide the customer service that our customers deserve for their trust in us.

I ordered and payed for a leather bag which was advertised on Facebook for $140 on 07/14/20. Waited for a delivery confirmation and tracking number which never occurred. I attempted to contact customer service via email, messenger and phone and never was able to speak to a person and have not yet received a response or the merchandise I am filing a dispute with my bank now. Comments which are negative are continually removed from their site on facebook.

We have been a bit behind due to the popularity of the bags and short staffing. You should have received your bag by now. If so, please respond. If not, please tell us and we will get you your bag or a refund with our apologies.
