I have done everything that Montana Hudson has aked n order to return the horrible "leather" purse and wallet I purchased. I sent pictures to get the return approved. I got an RA# and mailed the items back. Thank goodness I made sure someone at the San Diego office had to sign for it. I have not heard anything since. I have emailed numerous times and they are just ignored. THIS IS A SCAM!

On Jan 10th I placed an order, within an hour I had cancelled the order. Within a couple of hours I had received an email stating my refund was processing. Heard nothing, no refund for the next 5 days. On Jan 15th I had Facebook messaged and emailed. Finally got a response that I would have a refund within 7 business days. Well, today was the 7th business day, contacted them again, got a response stating they are sending the information to the refund department. I have never in my life had a refund take this long. I’m pissed. I just want my money back.

I have been trying to return a damaged/defective bag since the day it arrived on Dec 20. It arrived from India in only a FedEx bag and part of the bag was torn off in transit. The bag itself was ORANGE, not brown, and scratched/wrinkled from not being shipped properly. I'm honestly surprised that I received it at all given how poorly it was shipped. MH customer service responded at first but have since stopped answering my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, my credit card, and the Attorney General.

I have been trying to return a defective bag and while they initially contacted me they said that I can't get a return because, in their opinion, the bag isn't defective. It arrived from India in a plastic bag that was nearly folded over and most of the bag ripped off it. I'm surprised that I received it at all. They have not responded to anymore of my emails. Do not buy from this company. I have made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, my credit card and The Attorney's General office.

Ordered from this company. What I received was not what was ordered. Different color, strange smell, width was extremely narrow, and low quality leather. Contacted their support and have not received a response. Ordered 11/17 and I am sure that they are riding out the clock for return. Today is 12/14.

Scam. Took my money on the pretext of a leather bag. When it came it was plastic and i cant return it and i cant get a refund.

If i return it $20 restocking fee and rhe cost to return it. Plus they refuse to give me the address so i can return it. They make it impossible to return. Lies. Ive contacted them and they put every obstacle in my way if they do in fact reply. They say theyre American and they’re not they’re from India. Absolute scam and should be stopped

I ordered a bag from them and could not believe how poorly made it was. The strap was stitched on backwards and the material feels like plastic. They don’t let you return for a refund and when I insisted the cost of shipping was going to be more than the cost of the bag. DO NOT BUY!

This company is an absolute farce. I ordered a bag after seeing an ad on Facebook. The bag came from India and was a completely different bag from the photo. It smelled terribly. When I received the bag, with came in a fed ex envelope in no box at all, I immediately contacted their "customer service" phone number listed on their website, to get return instructions. The message said to contact them via email with no option to even leave a callback number. They emailed me back asking for photos of the bag. I sent photos and also a screenshot of the bag that I was supposed to get. I asked for a refund because it smelled to high heaven and I did not want anything from their "company." They responded back that they were sorry they couldn't refund my money and they would send me a replacement bag. They said they would send a tracking number to let me know it had shipped. I told them that I absolutely did not want a replacement bag, I wanted my money back. They said no. I told them that I was going to contact my credit card company and would dispute the charge ($144). They responded back that sometimes it could take up to 75 days for a charge back and that they would rather I work it out with them directly. I was SHOCKED at their service. Absolutely shocked. I told them to not contact me again and that I would post reviews about my experience with them.

Hey Sherly or Rochelen or whatever your name REALLY IS. YOU ARE A SCAMMER.

People - Please notice that there is NOT ONE GOOD THING SAID ON THIS SITE. They HAVE NO POSITIVE REVIEWS because this business is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM DO NOT. Look at the amount of unresolved complaints that they have on the BBB website. What more do you need to know - they ALL went unanswered. Please please please stop ordering bags from this company - you will not get your money back unless you file a dispute with your credit card issuer. That is what I did and it is the ONLY thing that works. By the way, if you file a complaint with the BBB the business WILL get a ding for not responding. Horrible! DO NOT buy from them. I purchased the Rosie cow print bag and got something totally different.
Now they first offered me 15% off to keep it. When I said no way it wasn’t what I wanted - they said I had to pay to ship it back to them, and a $20 restocking fee for something I didn’t want?!?! No way! False advertising! I already spent $35 for duties. Awful customer service. Never again! You can see below this is what they advertise and what actually showed up! ?

They charged me twice on my credit card and after a few seconds received a notice that my purchase was cancelled but the double charged remained in my credit card. I even had to call the fraud division of my credit card company to complain. All that was adviced was to cancel the card so that this Montana Hudson scammer will not be able to access my credit information. It was like being scammed twice. Beware of this online company.

The order arrived today and is in an unacceptable condition.
The sewing is very bad in many parts, worst is that the sewing at the handle is in a way, that it’s only a question of time, that it’s totally opening.
The inner leather is in parts totally oily, which comes from the metal parts of the strap.
And I had to pay 20 € tax, which was not told before (I now searched the page on Facebook and found a hint on that, among thousands of other things)

Horrible! The first picture is what I was suppose to get, The colors don’t match and the bag is a horrible unnatural orange looking thing , pretty sure the wallet is not leather and not sure what the vanity bag is. Said I need to pay 20% stocking fee to return unless it is defected. Pretty sure something isn’t right.

I purchased two bags from Montana Hudson. I made this purchase because they looked high quality and made in the USA. Their products are made out of the country and trash. It came scratched and dirty. I deeply regret this purchase.

The bags that I just received today are all very low quality. Wallet is not leather and vanity bag sent was made of cloth. It's a scam. I wasted my hard earned money. Do not buy from them. Please. Do not waste your money. The quality of the product is 0 out of 10. The price indicated on the shipping is $40 US only. They quadrupled the price. It's so roughly done..do not believe when they say fine grain leather. I wish Facebook checks companies that advertise on their site if they really are honest. This is the only way that they can help protect consumers. Please do not buy from them.

THIS IS NOT REAL LEATHER! Do not waste your money on vinyl. Purchased the Eva "Leather" Wallet. Also the smell of the vinyl is terrible. Can't get anyone on the phone or to return emails.

LIE: "Because we were tired of seeing so many merchants on the internet today selling low quality leather that won’t last or even worse, selling fake leather, trying to pass it off as “real”.

These merchants ruin it for the honest sellers of high quality leather out there.

The people that suffer the most from this are... the customers."

I have been trying to get an address to return a bag to, and they keep trying to get me to keep it. I've told them several time I don't want it, and want to return it. I think it's now past their "deadline" to return it, but that's due to their incompetence. I've combed their website, and don't see any addresses listed.

Trying to return a bag and am getting the run-around. I am returning the two recent products I purchased and am fearful if I will ever get my money back.

I realized the bag I purchased from them for $150 six months ago is a brand sold for $50 on Amazon (Enmain). So needless to say I feel scammed. The Facebook page has not been active since March and no comments are allowed so that is a big red flag to me.

We returned the product , we paid the return shipping, tracking said they got it ,our money still after a month has not been returned. Do Not buy from them.

My bag arrived with loose stitching on the straps. One is now almost undone and will therefore become useless. I contacted MH about this and they said they would send a new one. I was then surprised to get a demand from DHL to pay import tax. I contacted MH again to ask them to pay this tax (as this is a replacement of a faulty product, so liability of costs should not fall to me). I have heard nothing. Today, I received a further demand for tax. What am I supposed to do with this? MH?
