John Garrette emailed me asking for 2 acupuncture treatments/daughter for 5 daughters. He's supposedly hearing impaired and bedridden for an upcoming surgery. Wants them to be a surprise, so won't give me contact info for daughters, just wants me to schedule them and send me 1/2 the money up front, the other half a week before they come to see me. Sounded scammy, so I googled his phone number. Other websites have reports of this number being used for similar scams. Seems to be targeting mental health therapists, small business owners who are mostly cash pay.
