My daughter ordered from Molify online. She paid and received a confirmation of the dresses that she ordered. She received 3 dresses that are not even close to the dresses ordered, they are ugly and cheap and don't fit. Now even though we have responded within the same day of delivery they are telling us we can't return because they are in China. They have offered $15 USD to keep dresses and now $25 USD to keep ugly dresses which we can't get rid of. All we want is to send items back and get refund. We have a NY address but unsure what to do at this point.
