Ordered shorts off a Tik Tok ad with the understanding that my order would arrive 5-7 days according to my confirmation on 7-21-26. It is now 8.19.26 and no delivery. They responded to only 1 email with my tracking number which I already have and requested that I be Patient and it would take 7-15 gays back on 8-17-26. The tracking number updates but the date it's states the package arrives at the next destination always has a time it was recieved but the date always states 2 days further out.

Ordered shorts stating 5-7 day delivery, a month later received email stating delivered. They were not delivered.

Online sale from tiktok link. Paid $23 for shorts. Tracking sent.. item "arrived" in CA and never showed up. Contacted their support, said they will expedite (already shipped so how?) Tracking reset... 8 days later said item delivered. No delivery.. contacted them again.. said it was delivered, I said no so they "sent" another package. Same thing.. a week later said delivered. Nothing.. they use delay tactics and a fake tracking site track687.com that generates false updates hoping the buyer misses the dispute window for a purchase. Even after getting called out on it, customer support is still trying to delay... even though my CC company was already notified of the disputed purchase.

Fake online retailer. Order company was Modvere.com and billing company Odi Coreform. Also fake shipping/tracking company Zecwl.com
