I want to dispute a charge because the merchandise I received was materially not as described and the merchant has not provided an acceptable refund/return solution. I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the merchant by email several times.

The modvani.com website advertised jeans that were embellished with florals. Blue jeans and detailed photo of what i would receive. This is not what I received. What I received were some parachute material pants with painted flowers. When I contacted modvani.com for return, they denied my request and told me to send photos and not to return the merchandise to the warehouse from which delivered from. Then offered me 10% toward a purchase of other products and to throw away the pants. Modvani will not allow consumers to return merchandise for a refund. Modvani.com falsely advertises that the product is "blue jeans/denim" not at all what I received. THIS IS A SCAM!
