Harassing phone calls from Modern Exterior Roofing soliciting to come to my house for roof estimate. I have asked this company previously to put me on their do not call list. Was called an [censored] and told I needed to be educated on what soliciting means. Caller told me he has every right to call my number. Continued to talk over me amd ask questions about my house, even though I have said several times before I am not interested.
