Says on site preparing shipment. And now the page no longer exists and my card has been charged

On 13th November 2019 I purchased 3 x lululemon leggins and recieved a text message from ModelSmart ' We'll notify you when it ships'.
I could view the order, but now it is not able to be view. The charge on my credit card states Jastor James
