Same thing happened to us. Ordered $150 worth of picture lights and they never arrived. I kept getting mails saying they were delayed, etc. etc. then they stopped replying at all and never gave me a refund! Total Scammers and Shopify should help get our money refunded. I have my invoice number for proof.

Website selling home furnishings. Does not deliver and sends multiple emails stating “shipping delays” over the course of 6mo, then stops answering emails

They advertise on FB & Instagram, & have their site through Shopify.com who I've also made a report through. Multiple people on their FB page have also wrote reviews corroborating the exact same thing that happened to us (myself & my father) which is that we pay for a light, get charged, but the product never arrives. Even after emails back & forth, the company says the item is back ordered but it still never gets delivered & they never send a refund. Here are links to the FB reviews & my father's email correspondence with this company to show proof of their fraudulent activity. They should not be allowed to advertise on Instagram & FB where they are easily scamming other people out of money as well.
