Through a Facebook ad, I purchased on a Buy 2 Get 3 Free special mini bag sealer with cutter and magnet. Total cost is $49.99. The ad shows how easily one slides the unit across any open bag and it’s supposed to seal the bag. After waiting a month for delivery, they arrived too late for holiday gifts. I open mine, excited to try it out, and it doesn’t seal the bag. I try to give it a full charge and try again. Spotty seal to say the least. After having my husband try and getting the same poor results, I decide to contact the company for return instructions. Their website says to contact support @miraclew.com to request address for returns. So I contact them, and this starts the many emails first offering me $4 . I keep rejecting these ridiculous offers and keep asking for the address to return the items for refund. Their last offer was for $13 with a message saying “We're so sorry that return or exchange will not be supported when your order has no quality issues.” The items do not work, that’s a quality issue to me. They will not support their return policy and want this scam to be reported.
